Guo Yu has launched another new product.

His 13th vibe product is called tuwa.ai. In short, it's an AI phone call translation service. You dial +1 888 886 2968, tell it who to call, then you speak Chinese, and the other party hears Japanese; they speak Japanese, and you hear Chinese. The entire process requires the other party to download no app and create no account.

This is the product's most crucial point: **it doesn't rely on any app**. Whether it's a smartphone or an old landline, whether in Beijing or Nairobi, as long as you can make a phone call, you can use it.


The product supports real-time translation for over 100 languages, with latency controlled to around 0.3 seconds. Some user feedback after testing indicates the response speed is even smoother than some voice chat apps.

Besides making calls, tuwa also provides a web portal. You can have an AI agent make calls on your behalf—for example, to book a restaurant reservation. It will dial automatically at the scheduled time and send you the conversation log and translation after completing the task. In Guo Yu's words, this is his favorite feature.


Voice cloning is also on the supported features list. You can clone your own voice for the AI, so the other party hears your voice and your intonation, not a robotic female voice.

Regarding pricing, there's a free monthly allowance of 5 minutes. After that, there are fixed plans and pay-as-you-go options.

**However, there are currently some issues.** Some users encountered calls being dropped midway during testing. Guo Yu's response was to try using the phone agent feature instead of real-time bridging, which can avoid these bugs.
